Merino wool, softly spun
We work with fine merino wool, spun by French mill Fonty in the Creuse region. The fibre does not scratch: it breathes, regulates temperature and absorbs up to 30% of its weight in moisture, without feeling damp. A wool designed for newborn skin, suited to sensitive skin. This natural thermoregulation makes Chacha trousers a piece that works year-round: warmth without overheating, ready for cool outings as for days spent indoors, never heavy. Merino fibre is naturally antibacterial, which reduces the need for frequent washing — a practical advantage in daily life.
Knitted in France
Knitting is carried out in Île-de-France by our workshop specialising in knitwear. Refined finishing (linking assembly). Complete traceability, from yarn to finished garment. This French manufacturing preserves a historic craft skill and guarantees the quality of every detail: the waistband assembly, the regularity of the knit, the strength of the seams.
