Your order is delivered by Colissimo , a service of La Poste, or La Poste tracked letter if its weight is less than 250 g.

The delivery costs are offered for all shipments in metropolitan France and Monaco, to home or to a collection point (post office or Pickup relay).

You will be notified when your parcel is available. by email and SMS , with a notification that it is available allowing you to collect it within a period of 10 working days . After this period, the package will be returned to the sender.

  From a retailer — Free delivery on all orders

  You can select one of the many partner retailers near your home, workplace, or holiday destination. You will be notified. via email and SMS as soon as your package is ready, and you will have 10 business days to retrieve it. Beyond that, it will be returned to the sender.
