Return & Refund Policy

MISTRICOTINE pays particular attention to the quality of its products. However, if an item does not fully meet your expectations, we will assist you with your return.

All products may be returned, except those excluded by law (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), such as personalized items made upon request.

In accordance with applicable consumer law, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without providing any reason. If this period expires on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

After this period, MISTRICOTINE reserves the right to refuse the refund.

The right of withdrawal may apply to all or part of the products.

If the order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the receipt of the last item.

Returns are processed as refunds only. To obtain a replacement item, the Customer must place a new order.

Return Procedure

To request a return, the Customer must contact MISTRICOTINE by email at:

No return label is automatically generated from the Site. All requests must be submitted by email so that Customer Service can validate the return and provide the appropriate instructions.

The email must include:

  • the order number
  • the full name associated with the order
  • the items concerned
  • and, if possible, the reason for return (optional)

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are fully borne by the Customer, except in the case of an error attributable to MISTRICOTINE.

In the event of a proven error (non-compliant product), MISTRICOTINE will cover the return costs upon presentation of proof.

👉 For international orders:
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Return Address and Shipping Terms

After validation by Customer Service, items must be properly packaged and returned with the return form and a copy of the invoice to the following address:

The Customer is advised to use a tracked shipping method and retain proof of shipment.

MISTRICOTINE cannot be held responsible for any return lost in transit without tracking, particularly for international returns.

Return Acceptance Conditions

Refunds will only be accepted if the returned items:

  • are new
  • unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • in perfect resale condition
  • include all original tags
  • and are returned in their original packaging

Any incomplete, damaged, stained, washed, or worn item will not be refunded.

Items must be returned in a single shipment.

MISTRICOTINE reserves the right to refuse returns from the same order sent in multiple shipments.

Refunds

After receipt and validation of the return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, using the same payment method as the original order.

If the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal have not been respected, MISTRICOTINE will not be able to issue a refund.

The Customer may, at their own expense, request the return of the items in their current condition. Otherwise, MISTRICOTINE reserves the right to retain both the items and the amounts paid.

Important Information (International Orders)

Customs duties, import taxes, and any administrative fees paid upon delivery are non-refundable.

Exchanges

MISTRICOTINE does not offer automatic exchanges.
To obtain a new item, the Customer must place a new order.
