Terms and Conditions of Sale

(hereinafter referred to as “MISTRICOTINE” or “the Seller”)

Any non-professional individual purchasing products on the website is hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.

By placing an order on this website, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These Terms are governed by French law, regardless of the delivery country.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the contractual relationship between MISTRICOTINE and the Customer, from order placement to delivery, payment, and after-sales service.

2. Products

Products offered for sale are those available on the website at the time of the order, subject to stock availability.

Product descriptions and images are provided with the utmost care. However, slight variations (color, display rendering) may occur and shall not give rise to liability.

MISTRICOTINE reserves the right to modify its product range at any time without affecting confirmed orders.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), VAT not applicable (Article 293B of the French Tax Code), excluding delivery costs.

Delivery fees are specified at checkout.

Prices applicable are those displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Availability

Products are available while stocks last.

In case of unavailability after order confirmation:

  • the Customer will be informed by email,
  • and refunded unless a replacement is accepted.

If the entire order is unavailable, it will be fully refunded.

5. Orders

Orders are placed via the secure Shopify platform.

Order process:

  • Add products to cart
  • Validate cart
  • Enter personal and delivery information
  • Choose delivery method
  • Accept Terms and Conditions
  • Proceed to secure payment

A confirmation email is sent after purchase.

MISTRICOTINE reserves the right to refuse any order in case of dispute or payment issue.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately and in full.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB, Amex)
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Any method available at checkout

MISTRICOTINE does not store any banking data.

7. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.

Delivery times are indicative and expressed in business days.

Preparation Time

  • Orders placed before 12 PM: same-day dispatch
  • Orders placed after 12 PM: next business day
  • No shipping on weekends or public holidays

Delays may occur during peak periods.

Delivery in France & Monaco

Mondial Relay (Pickup Point)
Free – 3 to 5 business days

Colissimo (Home Delivery – No Signature)
€4.90 – 48 hours after dispatch

Delivery to mailbox when possible. Otherwise redirected to a pickup location selected by the carrier.

International Delivery

Shipping methods:

  • Mondial Relay (selected European countries)
  • Colissimo International

Delivery conditions depend on local carriers.

⚠️ Relay selection is not available internationally

Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe: 3 to 7 business days
  • Switzerland: 4 to 5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4 to 6 business days
  • North America: 5 to 8 business days
  • Asia: 4 to 6 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 12 to 14 business days

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email is sent with:

  • tracking number
  • carrier details
  • tracking link

Tracking is also available via the Customer account.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Period

Customers have 30 days from receipt to return items without justification.

Personalized items are excluded.

Return Procedure

Requests must be sent to:

Include:

  • order number
  • full name
  • product reference

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • new and unused
  • unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with tags and original packaging

Non-compliant items will not be refunded.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the error is attributable to MISTRICOTINE.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after return validation, via the original payment method.

No exchanges are offered. A new order must be placed.

9. Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from:

  • legal conformity guarantee
  • warranty against hidden defects

In accordance with French law.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

11. Entire Agreement

If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.

12. Liability

MISTRICOTINE is bound by an obligation of means.

It shall not be held liable for:

  • internet disruptions
  • external intrusions
  • force majeure events

13. Intellectual Property

All website content is protected.
Any reproduction without authorization is strictly prohibited.

14. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.
