Our Tatou and Titou blankets are knitted in 100% fine merino wool, spun by the Fonty spinning mill in Creuse. Soft and supple, this natural fibre offers gentle contact against a newborn's delicate skin.
Stockinette stitch forms the body of the knit: a smooth, even surface that moves with your baby without stiffness. Depending on the design, the edging is worked in garter stitch or seed stitch to add texture and structure without adding weight. This combination of stitches gives the blanket its shape and drape while preserving the softness of the knit.
At 70 × 90 cm, the blanket accompanies your baby during their first months. Easy to fold, it also fits neatly into a newborn gift set.
