Washing

Turn the garment inside out before washing. Machine wash: 30°C maximum, wool or delicate cycle. Our wool is superwash-treated — an anti-shrink treatment that prevents felting. Slip it into a laundry bag to avoid rubbing and bobbling.

By hand: dilute a mild detergent in lukewarm water, dip the knit and press it gently without wringing, then rinse several times at the same temperature.

Drying

Press without wringing, lay the knit flat on a towel, roll it up to absorb the water, then spread it out to restore its shape. Do not tumble dry, do not hang, never near a radiator or in direct sunlight.

Ironing

Not needed: merino wool naturally relaxes against the skin.

Preparation

Any order placed before 12 pm is shipped the same day; after 12 pm, the next business day. No shipping on weekends or public holidays. Stated timeframes are estimates, in business days.

Mondial Relay pickup point: free delivery, 3 to 5 business days. Colissimo home delivery without signature: €5.90, delivered 48h after shipping, to your mailbox.

International

Mondial Relay pickup point in Belgium and Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and Portugal (€9.50). International Colissimo without signature from €15 — €18 for the UK, €35 for the rest of the world. Outside the European Union, VAT and customs duties remain the customer's responsibility.

Returns

Thirty calendar days from receipt to withdraw, with no reason required. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued within 14 business days of validation, to the original payment method.
