Which size to choose without knowing baby's exact measurements?
Size 1 month corresponds to approximately 54 cm and 4 kg; size 3 months to approximately 60 cm and 5 to 6 kg. When you don't know baby's exact measurements, choosing a size intended for the following weeks can be simpler than a very small newborn size.
For bonnets and booties, measurements provide more precise guidance: the 1–3 month bonnet corresponds to a head circumference of 41/43 cm and booties to a foot length of 9/11 cm. Consult our size guide to choose the most suitable size.
For a premature birth, Mistricotine also offers garments in premature size 00, corresponding to approximately 40 to 45 cm and 1.8 to 2.5 kg.

Each order is presented in a lovely pouch. From €90 of purchase, the gift box is offered. You can also add a personalised message free of charge, written on a Mistricotine card slipped into the parcel.
Any order placed before 12 noon is dispatched the same day, except weekends and public holidays. The gift can also be sent directly to the parents' address.
If a size is not suitable, items can be returned within 30 days, subject to Mistricotine's return conditions. Return costs remain the customer's responsibility, except in case of error on our part.

Mistricotine's production is traceable: the wool is spun in Creuse by Fonty spinning mill, founded in the 19th century and awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label. The knitting and making up of the baby clothes are carried out in Île-de-France, with our French knitwear specialists. Bonnets and booties are hand-knitted in France.
This French manufacture, the quality of the wool and the care given to the finishes create pieces intended to be worn, maintained and then kept. When they have been well preserved, they can be passed on from one child to another.
